At ASRV, we are committed to providing high-performance gear that meets your training standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
